About...

Frank Rose

My vision is that we have a City where everyone has equal access in order to reach their full potential. I would start by engaging the citizens in this great City in a community planning process; which is designed to identify problems in neighborhoods that impact the quality of life. My role would be as a convener & facilitator that would secure the resources that the city has available to solve the many issues that plague the diverse neighbor.
